Mobile Power Solutions (MPS) produces custom battery packs to exceed military specifications so they can withstand the harshest physical and combat environments.
MPS has the electrical engineering expertise to produce battery packs that have protection circuitry, fuel gauges, and serial communication buses that exceed the strictest Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) requirements for portable and stationary military equipment. Our mechanical engineering expertise ensures that our battery packs meet temperature, shock, vibration, and immersion requirements for tactical operations.
MPS can build rugged battery packs that meet specific requirements of military specifications, as specified by our OEM customers, relevant to portable power accessories, including;

Leveraging our test facilities, our Environmental Testing simulates extreme environmental conditions experienced by military devices and batteries. These tests expose batteries to a variety of conditions such as heat, cold, shock, vibration, altitude, humidity, and corrosion. MPS has test chambers designed specifically for environmental testing of batteries.
