Mobile Power Solutions (MPS) is your partner for the design/production of custom and off-the-shelf Li-ion batteries for mission-critical applications. MPS is AS 9100 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, as well as ANAB accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. MPS offers domestic design, manufacturing, and testing services for military or defense projects with International Trade and Arms Restrictions (ITAR) conditions. Our in-house battery technology group, headed by a PhD electrochemist, interfaces with your engineering group, functioning as an integral part of your design team.

Our staff has decades of experience in their respective domains across all aspects of battery system development, assembly, and manufacturing. This level of technical support and battery pack assembly knowledge, along with our extensive testing facility and analysis, will help you achieve your design and production objectives for both your OEM equipment and the affiliated battery pack. Mobile Power Solutions (MPS) has produced batteries that can deliver over 60 Volts and produce over 10,000 Watts of power.
OFF-THE-SHELF BATTERIES
Engineered Performance, Premium Quality, Regulatory Compliance – The MPS Series of off-the-shelf Li-ion batteries has several uses; applications that do not justify or need a custom battery development, initial evaluation batteries to power your device during your development process, or high volume production batteries for your portable device.
APPLICATIONS
Whether our customers have an existing Lithium-ion battery pack design that needs further qualification and enhancement or a new battery design, we combine our manufacturing expertise with our in-house battery testing facilities to produce a Lithium-ion battery pack that performs in the most challenging environments. These challenging environments exist in application such as aerospace, autonomous vehicles, industrial, military, prototypes and low volume products.
DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Mobile Power Solutions (MPS) uses a flexible, but structured, New Product Development (NPD) process to develop and produce custom batteries. This level of structure and detail in our NPD process can be defined on a per-customer basis, customized based on the project scope, and mirror and dovetail with the OEM’s development process for their equipment.
